The protection of the vehicles is necessary to avoid damage linked with transportation and storage.
There are 5 types of vehicle protection :
Purpose of the protection :

2.2. Precautions to be taken

2.3. Removal procedure (Holding position)(*)

3. Body deprotection products
CAUTION : Ideally use the products recommended by the manufacturer

4. Recommendations/precautions
4.1. Bringing the vehicle to the correct temperature in extreme conditions
CAUTION : Never carry out the deprotection operations on a vehicle the bodywork temperature of which is below 10 °C.
CAUTION : Never carry out the deprotection operations on a vehicle the bodywork temperature of which is higher than 35 °C.

4.2. Contamination at the edge of the adhesive part of the vehicle protector
"b" Deposit under the adhesive part of the vehicle protector (1).
"c" Deposit on the edge of the adhesive part of the vehicle protector (1) on becoming detached.
CAUTION : Do not attempt to clean the surface before removal of the adhesive part of the vehicle protector : The particles deposited under the adhesive part of the vehicle protector may scratch the varnish.
4.3. Breaking up of the adhesive part of the vehicle protector
"d" Tearing of the adhesive part of the vehicle protector (1) on becoming detached.
CAUTION : Do not attempt to clean the surface before removal of the adhesive part of the vehicle protector : The particles deposited under the adhesive part of the vehicle protector may scratch the varnish.
5. Removing the single use partial covers
5.1. Roof protection cover
Remove the adhesive parts in the following order(at "e") :
Remove the roof protective cover (2).
N.B. : Roll up the roof protective cover (2) on itself to trap any dirt throughout the operation.
5.2. Bonnet protection cover
CAUTION : In the case of mechanical support, check the supporting of the bonnet in the open position.
Release the bonnet from inside the vehicle.
Open the bonnet.
Hold the bonnet in the open position.
Detach the bonnet protection cover (3) from the hook(at "f").
Unclip the bonnet protection cover (3)(at "g").
Detach the bonnet protection cover (3) from the corners of the bonnet(at "h").
Remove the bonnet protection cover (3).
5.3. Boot lid protection cover
Detach the protection cover (4) from the corners of the boot lid(at "j").
Remove the boot lid protection cover (4).
5.4. Convertible roof protection cover
Remove the front adhesive parts of the convertible roof protection cover (5)(at "k", "l").
Begin removing the convertible roof protection cover (5) from the corners(at "k").
Remove the side adhesive parts of the convertible roof protection cover (5) from the front towards the rear(at "m").
N.B. : Roll up the convertible roof protection cover (5) to trap any dirt throughout the operation.
Open the boot lid.
Detach the convertible roof protection cover (5) from the upper corners of the boot lid(at "n").
Detach the convertible roof protection cover (5) from the lower corners of the boot lid(at "p").
Remove the convertible roof protection cover (5).
6. Removing the full cover and/or the single use wheel protector(depending on version)
6.1. Full vehicle protection cover

7. Removing the adhesive film
CAUTION : Never use a tool to remove the adhesive film or to begin peeling it away.
